Smooth spine (slightly passed) decorated along with oriental mosaic motifs, on either side with a blue morocco title piece. Top edge gilt. Cover decorated in colors with gold highlights and preserved spines. Fresh and white interior. The text is written in a frame. Book illuminated by V.-L. NOGUERES. Binding signed Jacques ARDOUIN who was Alain Lobstein's partner.
Limited edition to 1500 numbered copies. The orientalist illustration of this collection of sensual poems inspired by Arabic literature includes a vignette at the top and 12 miniatures in colour enhanced with non-text gold.
