Paper slightly browned but in good condition and without tears. Contents decorated with decorative compositions and culs-de-lampe by Paul BAZE.
FIRST EDITION. One of the 1000 numbered copies on Maumont ragpaper.
A small bound copy of the first edition of this work by Pierre Daguerre (1891-1971), a French writer for whom the Basque-Béarn region played an important role in his work. It is moreover the Basque Country and its customs that are discussed here, a region that can be discovered little by little.
