This book provides access to more than 5,000 writings to learn about a book or its author, or to determine its rarity. It is preceded by a very practical chapter on the search for books and by a historical perspective, from the dawn of the discovery of the chain to the exploration of Toulouse at the beginning of the 20th century. The alphabetical dictionary is followed by three main chapters: thematic, geographical and chronological, then by the indexes.
Claude DENDALETCHE, born in 1941 in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, has surveyed the mountains of the world, with a particular focus on the Pyrenees. He created and directed the Centre for the Biology of High Altitude Ecosystems at the University of Pau.
Good as new.
