Set of three volumes with half dark brown basane bindings. Smooth spines with gilt friezes, fleurons and tomaisons accompanied by a black morocco piece with gilt title. Slight rubbing on the boards. All edges speckled. Paper slightly browned but good condition considering their age. Handwritten annotations on several pages. Eventual traces of stains on the pages, especially on volume 3.
A venerable historical series in three volumes - but well preserved for its age - that takes you back in time, allowing you to see the establishment of the French state over the centuries through the development of the Aquitaine region.
