This book evokes the diffusion of Protestantism in the Béarn region of southern France. This process would not have been possible without several prominent figures, strong in their will. It is the case in particular of Queen Jeanne d'Albret - the father of Henri IV - a convert who had to fight at the height of the Wars of Religion which exsanguinated France.

In good condition.
