Nice little bound volume gathering several studies having in common that they were published in 1823 and that they deal with the conflict between the Empire and Spain at the beginning of the 19th century as well as its consequences on the world geopolitical order of the time. Five different authors contributed to the six texts presented:

- Anonymous: Legitimate causes of the War against Spain undertaken by the French Government (T.VI).
