ORIGINAL EDITION decorated with 8 etchings of CREIXAMS including the frontispiece and 7 vignettes. Numbered copy. This one n°449 on Holland Van Gelder from a print run at 539 copies. Cover kept. Fresh interior. It should be noted that this poem is the work of Pascal Pia. However, this book is the only true illustrated book by Pierre Creixams, a painter born in Barcelona in 1893. Amoenitates Belgicae is number 21 on paper from the Japanese imperial manufacturers with copies numbered from 11 to 40. Cover kept. Inside in superb condition, both works under a common morocco binding, small red grain with corners. Spine with 4 jumped nerves and golden title. Top edge gilt.
