Full green morocco binding. Smooth spine with golden title and author. Small epidermides on the boards. Top edge gilt. Golden lace on the inner fillings and golden threads on the fields. Bereaved. Marbled guards. Bit weakened. Original paper covers and spine bound in. Inside with tiny freckles. Rich iconography by Bernard NAUDIN composed of 38 illustrations, 35 of which are non-text, and a suite of 38 plates on Arches.
LIMITED DRAWING at 321 numbered copies. This one of the 40 on old Japan has the shape with a series of illustrations on Arches.
Brightened back, small lacks on the dishes, but superb condition inside.
