An autograph letter signed by Jules Renard, written on July 21, 1905 (2 pages in-12) is attached: How do you want me to have remorse and do nothing, since, thanks to you, Poil de Carotte, still lives. [...] We all embrace you, including my son who is 16 years old and who, without an unexpected tonsillitis, would perhaps be a bachelor today! [...] Hello to Lugné-Poe.
