Journalist and literary critic Gaston William Adam de Pawlowski (1874-1933) edited several magazines, including Le Vélo and Automobilia. But this "mathematician-poet" remains best known for his novel of anticipation Voyage to the land of the fourth dimension, from which Gus Bofas' will inspire some of the developments of The Symphony of Fear. Mobilized in 1914 as a motorist, Pawlowski fought the whole war.
Signals to the enemy includes a short novel (or long story), followed by 6 short stories, 4 of which have been pre-published in Automobilia.
Good condition.
