Les Beaux Quartiers, the second volume of the Le Monde réel series, is a novel by Louis Aragon published in October 1936 by Denoël. He was awarded the Renaudot Prize on 9 December 1936. The novel consists of three parts. It is only in the second that the description of the "beautiful districts" announced by the title appears. The three parts are entitled successively: -Serian: It evokes an imaginary small town in the south of France -Paris -Le Passage Club: a game circle in the capital.
