Black half-box binding signed by Mercher. Boards of black-stained woodblock-effect paper, endpapers of the same unstained paper. The date 1941 handwritten in the lower margin of the first board. Long spine. Title and head gilt. 10 unnumbered pages. Some rubbing. A halo of controlled moisture in the upper margin of the leaves, with no effect on the freshness of the book. A few tears.
ORIGINAL EDITION in a very small number of copies. One of the copies of the current edition.
Illustrated with a marginal portrait of the author by Picasso. Complete with bibliographical leaflet.
