In a lined slipcase, and in a half red box folder with small overlaps decorated with tinted paper and lined with grey Swedish lambskin. Binding full red box. Smooth spine. Plates decorated with an irregular square cut in the box revealing a piece of dyed calf in gray tones, two irregular nets of the same calf running at right angles to the edges. Gilt edges on witnesses. Lining of old pink box. Endpapers of grey-tinted calf. Cover and spine preserved. Binding signed H. LIESEN.
FIRST EDITION. One of the 40 first copies numbered on Madagascar.
